- Overstruck on an earlier follis (574/5 CE) of Justin II minted at Nicomedia Mint, mint mark NIKO with ANNO to left, year X to right.
- Obverse: Heraclius to left and Heraclius Constantine on right standing facing.
- Reverse: Large M (value), A/N/N/O to left, cross above, IIII (date) to right, Δ below, CON in exergue.
