Historically significant emission as part of the Triple Triump for victories of Illyricum, Actium and Egypt (defeat of Anthony and Cleopatra in naval and ground campaigns). The reverse of this denarius appears to commemorate the Naval Victory at Actium.
Obverse: IMP CAESAR, Octavian driving triumphal quadriga right, laurel branch in right hand, reins in left.
Reverse: Victory standing right on prow of galley, palm in left hand over shoulder, wreath upward in right hand.
