- Obverse: PLAVTILLAE AVGVSTA, Bust draped right, hair firmly waived and drawn into bun.
- Reverse: CONCORDIA AVGG, Concordia standing left holding patera and scepter.
- Caracalla was forced to marry Plautilla causing great unhappiness. Caracalla exiled Plautilla to the Lipari Islands were she was murdered 205 CE.
- Concordia was the goddess of harmony and concord. She was a daughter of Ares and Aphrodite and as such presided over both marital harmony, soothing strife and discord, and harmonious action of soldiers in war.
