Struck at the Mexico City Mint (mint mark Mo), assayer PH.
Dunigan Mo54: "It is very popular as it was the only year the assayer PH was used. The coin is usually found around Very Fine and sometimes with tiny chopmarks. It is obtainable in Extremely Fine and Almost Uncirculated condition, but Uncirculated specimens are scarce."
