- Obverse: M ANONINVS AVG IMP II, cuirassed, bare head right.
- Reverse: TR P XVIII COS III: Concordia standing left holding patera and double cornucopia.
- Concordia was the goddess of harmony and concord. She was a daughter of Ares and Aphrodite and as such presided over both marital harmony, soothing strife and discord, and harmonious action of soldiers in war. This use of Concordia here refers to the harmonious relationship of the two co-emperors (Marcus Aurelius and Lucius Verus).
