- Obverse: SABINA AVGVSTA HADRIANI AVG P P, Diademed and draped bust right, with queue and diadem.
- Reverse: CONCORDIA AVG, Concordia seated left, holding patera and leaning left elbow on figure of Spes, cornucopia below.
- Concordia was the goddess of harmony and concord. This reverse type is likely publicizing a harmonious relationship between Sabina and Hadrian.
