- Reverse: TR P VII IMP IIII COS III, Aequitas standing left holding scales and cornucopia.
- Aequitas is the personification of equity or fairness. She is most often depicted holding a pair of scales to represent fair dealings and equality.
- A likely reference to the relationship of Lucius Verus with co-Emperor Marcus Aurelius. See RIC 171 for Marcus Aurelius Aequitas reverse denarius struck with the same date (Dec 166 to Dec 167 CE).
