Early date struck at Mexico City Mint (Mo mint mark), assayer ML.
Well struck with weak centers (planchet rolling marks are visible), uneven flan.
Certified by PCGS to XF 40.
DP Mo22: Generally found Very Fine and with a weak strike. It is obtainable up to Almost Uncirculated, but expect very soft centers.
In my experience this is a elusive date from Mexico City.
