- Obverse: Bust facing wearing crown with trefoil ornament and consular robes .
- Reverse: Large M (value), flanked by ANNO and date numerals X IIIII, Γ below, cross above, THEUP in exergue.
- Rare presentation of date as XIIIII instead of Xy.
- Denomination M = 40 nummi = 1 follis, Theoupolis mint (THEUP), third officinia Γ, date: XIIIII = 15 = 596/7 CE.
