- Obverse: facing crowned bust, HENRIC DI GRA REX ANG Z FR (Henry by the grace of God King of England and France).
- Reverse: long cross fourchée, trefoil of pellets in angles, outer legend, POSVI DEV A DIVTO E MEV (I have made god my helper), inner script CIVITAS LONDON.
- Certified by PCGS to XF 40, Population Census: 2 coins, only 2 higher.
